I'm Beto Moreno, a product manager based in Cardedeu, Barcelona. I currently work at Deel as a Staff PM, leading teams building real-time payroll integrations across global markets.
Before Deel, I was Product Director at Factorial (scaling platform and AI), Senior PM at Adevinta, and spent three years at Haufe launching greenfield B2B SaaS products. 12+ years building software for professionals across B2B SaaS, HRIS, and marketplace platforms.
I write about product management, strategy, how teams make decisions, and occasionally things completely unrelated to work. The goal is to think in public — to put ideas somewhere they can sharpen over time.
